Please, come in and have a seat.  You look as though you've been through quite a lot.  You're not too trusting of others, are you?  Well, no matter.  You and I both share this unfortunate dilema but we'll slowly learn how to open ourselves to others again.  It just takes time, right?  "Time heals all wounds", they say.  Personally, I'm not so sure I believe that but hey, I've reached a point in my life where I truly need to find out.  Have you?

Bleeding Hearts is intended as a sanctuary for others like myself who are over the age of 35 and very lonely but have buried themselves away for long periods of time, have great difficulty with simply making friends much less entertaining the thought of dating again and suffer with beliefs that we are damaged, unworthy, uninteresting and inadequate.
